About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a National Pricing Administrator to join our FS&C team in Oakleigh South on a full time permanent basis. This role is responsible for pricing maintenance and reviews, ensuring corporate sales pricing is accurate and aligned to sales agreements, while supporting sales margin protection and company profitability. In this Role
- Compile reporting on cost pricing performance and provide management updates on pricing activity.
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of supplier inventory pricing in line with agreements, policy, and procedures.
- Reconcile and implement scheduled supplier increases in line with agreed dates.
- Investigate pricing discrepancies and resolve issues promptly to maintain costing accuracy.
- Monitor and update pricing portals and customer portals, making required changes efficiently and accurately.
- Build strong supplier relationships and support income growth through effective cost price management.
- Partner with stakeholders to support pricing communications and key cost initiatives.
- Identify and drive process improvements while supporting the wider pricing administration team as needed.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in Pricing is preferred but not essential
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- High attention to detail, particularly around pricing and data accuracy.
- The ability to prioritise work, adapt quickly, and deliver under deadline pressure.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong mathematical and problem-solving capability.
- A sound understanding of basic to intermediate finance and accounting principles.
- Experience in inventory and purchasing management within food services, FMCG, supply chain, or a similar environment.
