About the role

Are you a reliable and detail-focused Pick Packer looking for a great opportunity with a reputable company? Sapphire Mitre 10 is,a trusted name in the hardware industry and the Pambula site, is seeking a dedicated Pick Packer/Driver to join our team.

This is a ongoing casial role offering a competitive hourly rate. You’ll enjoy a great balance of working independently while being part of a supportive and safety-focused team environment.

What you will be doing

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Operating a forklift safely to move, load and store stock

• Receiving, checking and putting away incoming goods

• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment

• Assisting with stock control and inventory management as required

• Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational targets

• Supporting our drivers with providing deliveries as required

What you will bring

• Current forklift licence (essential)

• A current MR/HR licence (Highly regarded)

• Previous experience in a pick packing or warehouse environment ideal

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude

• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks

• A strong commitment to workplace safety and reliability
