We're on the lookout for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to bring your expertise, energy, and experience to our NSO's based in Port Melbourne and Heatherton (plus the comfort of hybrid working). What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment like a boss — from briefing to onboarding for National Support Office roles in both Tools and Hardware

  • Partnering with hiring managers to deliver smart, strategic hires

  • Creating seamless and positive experiences for every candidate

  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition team with reporting, invoicing, advertising, and general admin

  • Managing offer processes and background checks 

  • Using tools, tech and your talent to keep the process efficient and compliant

  • Jumping in on People & Culture projects 

  • Championing inclusive hiring and diversity across all our recruitment

 

What You Bring:

  • Significant recruitment experience. 
  • Demonstrated experience managing recruitment projects and campaigns.
  • A strong work ethic and drive to deliver exceptional customer experience to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • You’re organised, detail-oriented, and love ticking things off your list
  • Great communicator with a friendly, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset
  • You know your way around ATS platforms (SuccessFactors = extra points)
  • You’re collaborative, adaptable, and always ready to learn
