About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a dynamic leader to join us in a permanent full-time role reporting directly to the FS&C Director of Operations.

As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll take ownership of all Food Service & Convenience operations across your region — driving customer experience, operational excellence, commercial performance, compliance, and team development.


In This Role, You Will:

  • Lead and develop high-performing regional teams across warehousing, delivery, and retail operations.
  • Translate national strategies into measurable regional execution plans aligned with business goals.
  • Drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and commercial results across your region.
  • Own and manage the regional P&L, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver strategic initiatives and service innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS, HACCP, Chain of Responsibility, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Identify growth opportunities, streamline operations, and improve service delivery.

 

 

You're a Likely Match If You Have:

  • Strong commercial acumen with full P&L accountability and financial performance expertise.
  • 10+ years of leadership in retail operations, supply chain, or wholesale environments.
  • Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams across multi-site operations.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership skills.
  • Experience driving growth initiatives, transformation programs, and continuous improvement.
  • Sound knowledge of WHS, HACCP, Chain of Responsibility, and people leadership frameworks.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (master’s desirable) and strong data-driven decision making.
  • Agile, adaptable leadership style suited to fast-paced, customer-focused environments
