About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Pricing Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of pricing and tender requests, supporting both our internal teams and valued customers.
Working closely with Sales, Customer Service, and suppliers, you’ll help maintain pricing integrity, contribute to competitive quoting, and ensure outcomes align with company margins and policy. You’ll be a central point of coordination, helping bring everything together to deliver efficient, high-quality pricing solutions.
This position can be based in Queensland or Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage pricing requests from Trade Account Managers, Project Sales, and internal stakeholders with accuracy and efficiency
- Assist in preparing customer quotes and tender submissions, ensuring margins are protected and aligned with approved cost structures
- Liaise with suppliers to source competitive pricing, confirm product availability, and support informed pricing decisions
- Respond to pricing enquiries from internal teams and customers in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate pricing records and documentation in line with company policies and audit requirements
- Partner with Trade Account Managers to support pricing strategies that balance customer needs with business objectives
- Monitor tender timelines and coordinate tasks to ensure submissions are completed on schedule
- Identify and escalate pricing discrepancies or margin concerns as needed
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance pricing processes and efficiency
- Support a safe, compliant, and professional working environment
Skills, Experience & Knowledge
- Experience in the Building Supplies or FOW industry (highly regarded)
- Strong customer service mindset with a professional and adaptable approach
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Confident communicator, able to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong problem-solving skills with sound judgement and decision-making ability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities
