Customer Pricing Administrator

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Pricing Administrator to support the accurate and timely delivery of pricing and tender requests for our internal teams and valued customers. This role is integral to maintaining pricing integrity, supporting the Sales and Customer Service teams, and ensuring competitive quotes that uphold company margin objectives and compliance with policy.
You’ll act as a key coordination point between suppliers, internal departments, and customers to deliver efficient pricing outcomes and exceptional service.
This position can be based out of Melbourne or QLD
Key Responsibilities

Process and administer pricing requests from Trade Account Managers, Project Sales, and internal stakeholders accurately and within deadlines.

Assist with the preparation of customer quotes and tender pricing, ensuring margins are protected and aligned with approved cost structures.

Liaise with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, confirm product availability, and support pricing decisions as directed.

Respond to pricing enquiries from internal teams and customers in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain accurate pricing records and documentation in line with policy and audit requirements.

Collaborate with Trade Account Managers to support pricing strategies that meet customer expectations and business objectives.

Monitor tender timelines and coordinate administrative tasks to ensure timely submissions.

Escalate pricing discrepancies or margin concerns for review and approval.

Support process improvement initiatives to enhance pricing accuracy and workflow efficiency.

Maintain a safe, compliant, and professional working environment in accordance with company policy and legislation.
Skills, Experience & Knowledge

Experience in Building Supplies or FOW industry preferred.

Strong customer service orientation with a professional and dynamic approach.

Excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
