Order Release Clerk

About the Opportunity

Join the Hudson Mitre 10 team in St Marys and become a key point of contact for builders, site supervisors and customers. This is a fast-paced, relationship-focused role where you'll help keep projects moving by managing enquiries, coordinating orders, troubleshooting issues and delivering exceptional customer service.

Working closely with internal teams and suppliers, you'll be the person customers rely on to find solutions, provide updates and ensure orders are delivered on time. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem solving and building strong customer relationships.

What you'll be doing

• Manage customer enquiries via phone and email
• Follow up orders, deliveries and outstanding requests
• Troubleshoot product, pricing and order-related issues
• Prepare quotes and process additional orders as required
• Liaise with suppliers to source pricing and product information
• Build strong relationships with builders, site supervisors and internal teams
• Provide accurate updates and solutions to ensure excellent customer outcomes

You’re Likely a Match If You have

• Experience in customer service, internal sales or order management
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
• The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail skills
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
• Experience within hardware, building supplies or a trade-related environment will be highly regarded
