We’re on the lookout for a commercially savvy, financially sharp leader to step into the role of Commercial Manager. 

As Commercial Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the General Manager – a strategic thinker, financial partner, and commercial leader rolled into one. Your mission? To bring clarity to the numbers, support decision-making, and help shape the future of our network through smart forecasting, insightful analysis, and strong collaboration with retail operations.

You’ll own the commercial performance of our retail and trade business across the network, providing the intel and influence that drive profitability, effi you're passionate about blending financial strategy with operational execution – and want to play a pivotal role in helping stores thrive – this could be your next move.

About the Opportunity

• Partner with senior leadership to shape financial strategy and operational decisions

• Lead forecasting and budgeting processes with insight-driven accuracy

• Deliver meaningful variance analysis and commentary to inform business performance

• Identify risks, opportunities and ensure compliance with financial policies

• Support retail ops teams with tools, training, and commercial advice to hit their targets

• Own KPI reporting, scenario planning and monthly business reviews (MBRs)

You’re Likely a Match

• CA or CPA qualified with strong commercial instincts and operational awareness
• Experience in a fast-paced retail or trade environment
• Advanced financial literacy, strong modelling skills and the ability to distill complex insights
• Confident communicator – able to engage, influence and partner across all levels
• Proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and retail systems (ERP, POS)
