About the Role

We're on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our Internal Sales Support team at our Torrensville Head Office!

In this fast-paced role, you’ll be the key link between our customers and our scheduling team - building strong relationships, managing orders from start to finish, and ensuring every delivery hits the mark. From the moment an order is scheduled to the moment it arrives on site, you’ll be the go-to person making it all happen.

What You’ll Bring

• A solid understanding of WHS requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle and prioritise customer needs

• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders across an organisation

• The flexibility to adapt to evolving customer requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Confident use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

• The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a high-energy team

• Previous experience in customer service and/or scheduling is highly regarded
