Senior P&C Business Partner

About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior People & Culture Business Partner to support our South Australian Retail and Distribution Operations, part of the Mitre 10 and Bianco network.

Based in Torrensville, SA, this role supports a business undergoing exciting change and transformation. Partnering closely with the senior leaders, you’ll act as a trusted strategic partner to our SA General Manager and Senior Leadership Team, driving people strategies with a strong change and commercial focus, while providing functional leadership to a small P&C team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business priorities
• Lead complex change initiatives, including business integration and operational change
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Executives, confidently challenging and influencing leaders
• Build and drive a robust Talent Management agenda across the business
• Support leadership development and embed a strong performance culture
• Partner with leaders on labour planning and productivity improvement
• Connect the business to Metcash group P&C practices and initiatives
• Lead and develop a small team of P&C Business Partners

You’ll likely be a match if:

• You have experience in a senior P&C Business Partnering role in complex environments
• You’re comfortable having constructive conversations and influencing leaders to make good people decisions
• You bring strong change management and commercial capability
• You’ve led or coached P&C team members
• You’re passionate about leadership, talent, and succession planning
• You’re pragmatic, commercially focused and thrive in fast-paced, operational settings
