Truck Driver / Storeman- Torrensville

About the role 

A great opportunity has arisen in our Hardings Hardware business for a Truck Driver/Storeperson at our Torrensville site. This is a full time, Monday to Friday role working a 38-hour week.

The team member will provide excellent customer service, must be motivated, and be relied upon to work in an unsupervised environment. You will need to hold a current  MR Truck and Froklift License and have prior experience in a similar position to be sucessful in this position.

What you will be doing

• Delivery goods to our customers (occasional hand unloads)
• Ensuring the health and safety of all fellow staff, customers and contractors
• Provide accurate deliveries on time, with a high focus on customer service
• Be relied upon to represent the company in a professional manner

What you will bring

• Hold a valid car license
• Hold a current HR or MR Truck License – a must
• Forklift License - a must

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be physically fit (some heavy liftings required)
• Able to deliver to building sites in surrounding areas
