About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Key Account Support (KAS) to support our National Account Manager (NAM) in managing major customer accounts within the Convenience portfolio.
This role plays a key part in enabling sales and operational excellence by supporting customer account management, forecasting, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll collaborate with internal teams across Operations, Customer Service, Merch & Marketing, and Field Sales to deliver strong outcomes for our customers.
In this Role
- Support day-to-day sales operations including stock management, pricing, data maintenance, and claims
- Assist with sales and demand forecasting in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders
- Deliver reporting and insights to track compliance to trading terms and performance metrics
- Build strong internal and external relationships through structured customer engagement
- Support preparation of customer proposals using sales analysis and insights
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute sales initiatives and promotions
- Contribute to new supplier onboarding, product setup, and seasonal/NPD activity
- Support trade shows, conferences, and partnership initiatives
What are we looking for?
- Experience in retail, FMCG, or convenience sectors
- Background in sales support or customer service with large customers
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Strong attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/SAP desirable)
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach
