About the Opportunity
This hybrid role will develop and execute the ALM Victorian on premise strategy. Managing a team of 4 BDMs this heavily customer facing role requires a combination of problem solving, idea generation and industry knowledge to ensure our new and existing customers are provided right price, best range and logistics excellence.

• Execute tailored food service and on-premise sales strategies aligned with national goals, identifying new growth opportunities and activating them.
• Partner with State Managers (Campbells & Superior Foods) and internal teams (Marketing, Logistics, Finance) to support sales enablement and operational alignment.

• Build supplier partnerships to increase brand visibility and drive liquor sales alongside food service offerings, including targeted events and activations.
• Stay ahead of market trends and compliance and empower food service teams to effectively cross-sell liquor within legal and strategic frameworks.
