About the Opportunity

As a Retail Implementation Specialist, you’ll support the delivery of new independent Metcash stores, refurbishments, and fit-outs through effective coordination between Metcash, retailers, and third parties. You’ll play a key role in bringing retail projects to life, ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

In this Role

• Plan and deliver DSA projects with clear timelines and budget adherence
• Support retailers and Metcash teams in executing store improvement projects
• Advise retailers on equipment upgrades and purchasing requirements
• Plan and execute store layout changes and branding designs
• Implement Retail Space Planograms and Base Range across stores
• Develop project plans and budgets, including third-party support costs
• Manage multiple projects within restricted timeframes

You’re Likely a Match If

• Experience in supermarket fit-outs and refurbishments
• Basic project management and budgeting skills
• Ability to interpret plans and understand building regulations
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Minimum 5 years’ project management experience in a similar role
