About the Opportunity

We’re looking for Warehouse Supervisors to join our Truganina, VIC team. In this leadership role, you’ll ensure warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently, while fostering a safe, high-performing team culture.

In this Role

• Drive warehouse performance to meet operational standards
• Lead and manage team performance through training, coaching, and regular reviews
• Identify and coordinate training needs for team members
• Minimise shrinkage and ullage across operations
• Achieve business and personal KPIs aligned with the Target Plan
• Ensure compliance with OH&S, HR, HACCP, COR, and other company standards
• Deliver high levels of customer service and ensure DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time)
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight activities

You’re Likely a Match If

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in FMCG or a similar logistics role
• Strong competencies in warehouse systems, material handling, and transport
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage performance
• Knowledge of HACCP, OH&S, and other statutory regulations
• A strong safety-first mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• A customer-focused approach to service delivery
