What You'll Be Doing

In this varied role, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to trade and retail customers
• Preparing quotes, processing sales orders and handling enquiries
• Supporting customers with product information and solutions
• Assisting with pricing, product availability and order tracking
• Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
• Maintaining accurate customer and product records
• Supporting inventory processes and stock management activities
• Assisting with general administration and operational tasks
• Building strong relationships with builders, contractors and trade customers
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

Highly Regarded

• Experience within hardware, timber, building supplies or a trade-related industry
• Knowledge of inventory, purchasing or stock control processes
• Forklift licence
