Permanent Part Time Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Wellington based Business Development Manager to join our Tasman Allied Liquor operation, in a Permanent Part Time arrangement. Working 20 hours a week, you will have a focus on new business development for the On-Premise hospitality channel and optimising our current customer base. The role will suit a “hunter” who has a strong business development background with experience in identifying market opportunities and acting upon them quickly. 


What you’ll do:

•    Identify opportunities to grow new business 
•    Develop and enhance Supplier relationships at a field level to jointly develop leads and encourage two-way communication
•    Manage interface between Customer Head Office’s and sites as required
•    Solicit market intelligence and networking

What you’ll bring:

•    3 years Account Management experience
•    Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills 
•    Experience in a hospitality or service/ B2B environment within FMCG is preferred
•    Strong commercial and negotiation skills
