About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager-Night to lead our warehouse and transport operations DC in Wingfield, Adelaide. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage day-to-day activities, drive operational excellence, and ensure compliance with HACCP and OH&S standards.

In this Role

• Ensure all daily orders are picked accurately and on time.
• Oversee loading of orders onto trucks and ensure timely dispatch.
• Work closely with the team to maintain smooth workflow across shifts.
• Hands-on support when required, including assisting with picking and loading trucks.
• Oversee warehouse and transport operations to achieve DIFOT targets.
• Lead and mentor a team of transport staff, and storeworkers.
• Manage budgets, operational costs, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and OH&S regulations.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and temperature controls.
• Driving a positive internal culture of high performance
• Reviewing, implementing, and monitoring continuous improvements across all areas of the operations.

Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM, with additional overtime as required based on operational needs

You’re Likely a Match If

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within food services, FMCG, or related industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP and OH&S compliance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• MR/HR license is highly regarded.
