What you’ll do
- Lead SHE due diligence activities for mergers, acquisitions, and business integrations
- Assess safety risks, compliance gaps, and cultural maturity of target businesses
- Deliver structured safety onboarding programs for newly acquired operations
- Ensure alignment with Group SHE standards, governance, and reporting frameworks
- Lead and contribute to key SHE projects aligned to the Group strategy
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted safety advisor
What you’ll bring
- Strong experience in workplace health & safety, ideally in complex or multi-site environments
- Proven capability in risk assessments, audits, or due diligence processes
- Experience leading projects and working with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or integrations (desirable)
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in WHS, Safety Management, Engineering, or similar (desirable)
