About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Private Label Manager to lead and deliver innovative products across our Pantry & Impulse portfolio.

 

You’ll partner with Category Managers to bring Private Label products to market - owning sourcing, negotiation, and delivery to ensure quality, cost, and timeline expectations are met. Leveraging strong supplier networks and a deep understanding of market trends, you’ll drive a pipeline of commercially impactful products while contributing to the broader Private Label strategy.

In this Role

  • Partner with National Category Managers to deliver Private Label category strategies, including range, pricing, and innovation pipeline
  • Lead the end-to-end development of Private Label products, ensuring alignment with commercial targets, quality standards, and timelines
  • Identify market opportunities through insights and trends, translating these into commercially viable product initiatives
  • Build and manage strategic supplier relationships, including negotiation of cost, trading terms, and ongoing performance outcomes
  • Own and drive the Private Label NPD pipeline, ensuring delivery against timelines, priorities, and business objectives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders (Commercial, QA, Packaging, and Retail teams) to deliver successful go-to-market outcomes and optimise in-market performance

 

You’re Likely a Match If

  • Bring 5+ years’ experience in FMCG, with a strong background in product sourcing, development, or Private Label
  • Have demonstrated experience owning commercial outcomes, including accountability for P&L performance
  • Are a confident negotiator and influencer, with a track record of delivering strong commercial results
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders across suppliers, retail partners, and internal teams
  • Apply strong commercial acumen to translate insights into product innovation and growth opportunities
  • Have a solid understanding of Category Management and shopper behaviour, ideally within a retail or customer-facing environment
