What you’ll do
•    Support end to end delivery of enterprise initiatives across HR systems, payroll, data and operational change
•    Translate program priorities into clear delivery plans, milestones, dependencies and reporting
•    Identify risks early, clarify scope and sequencing, and help unblock delivery issues across teams
•    Design and deliver practical change strategies to ensure solutions are adopted and embedded
•    Develop clear, fit for purpose communication and training materials for leaders and end users
•    Act as a connector across Systems, IT, Operations, Payroll and People & Culture to drive alignment 

What you’ll bring
•    Experience delivering enterprise scale projects and change initiatives
•    Background in HR systems, payroll or workforce platforms
•    Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
•    Ability to blend delivery discipline with change leadership and adoption focus
•    Confidence working in ambiguity and evolving technical environments
•    Pragmatic, outcomes focused approach with strong attention to detail
