About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead the rollout of shopper and retailer digital solutions on a 12 month fixed term contract. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end delivery of new platforms and offers across Metcash Food, working closely with internal teams, retailers and external partners to deliver outcomes and manage change effectively.

In this Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects, from planning through to implementation, transition to operations and adoption
- Manage projects across scope, budget, timelines, quality, benefits and risk, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives
- Partner with internal teams, retailers and external stakeholders to define, align and deliver key digital initiatives
- Provide regular reporting on project progress, outcomes and success metrics to senior stakeholders and business leaders
- Drive change management and communication plans to support stakeholder alignment and successful adoption of new initiatives
- Lead and manage Agile (Scrum) teams, applying best practice frameworks across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
You’re Likely a Match If
- 8-10+ years’ experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects in a dynamic environment
- Formal Project Management qualification (e.g. AIPM, PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience
- Strong experience working in Agile environments and applying modern project delivery practices
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build strong relationships to drive alignment and outcomes
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for different audiences
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to contribute to key project decisions and business outcomes
