About the Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our Turramurra store. This is a hands on leadership role where you’ll have the opportunity to build a high performing team, create exceptional customer experiences, and make a genuine impact within the local community.

In this Role

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and the local community to drive store success
• Take ownership of store operations, sales performance and delivery of key business objectives
• Coach and empower team members through ongoing training, support and development
• Foster a positive, inclusive and customer-focused culture where people thrive
• Lead by example, setting the standard for service, teamwork and operational excellence
• Support business growth through a flexible approach and willingness to contribute across multiple store locations when required

You’re Likely a Match If

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or retail leader, with a track record of driving team and store success
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, engage and develop high performing teams
• A genuine passion for retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with customers, teams and stakeholders
• A hands-on, customer first approach and commitment to operational excellence
• Flexibility to work across a retail roster, including weekends and varied trading hours
• The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on team culture and community engagement
